Guests may arrive starting at 3:30 PM; the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and reception will be held indoors. For those planning to take the shuttle provided, please plan to be outside the Sheraton main entrance and ready to board by 3:00 PM. The shuttle will be departing the Sheraton promptly at 3:15 PM. The shuttle will be available at the venue starting at 8:00 PM should you need to return to the hotel for any reason prior to the end of the reception. At the end of the reception, there will be two shuttles! One shuttle will take hotel guests back to the Sheraton. The second shuttle will take guests who want to join us for our AFTER PARTY at Fiddlers Green Pub in Winter Park!! The shuttle will take After Party goers back to the Sheraton at 12:00 AM.
