Bride
I knew the moment I met Megan that she was someone special. I knew very quickly when we started dating that she was the woman I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. Megan was always easy to talk to, supportive, and genuinely cared about what I had to say. Anytime I would come to her with random problems she would listen and be so empathetic with how she responded. Megan is smart, funny, and likeable by everyone, she is one of the kindest people I have ever met. I could not imagine my life without you Megan, you are the most wonderful person I have ever met and I cannot wait to spend my life with you. Love, Adam
Groom
I fell in love with Adam because he has always been a consistent, energetic, and moral person. We share the same values, but he brings energy and silliness to our relationship. But above all, the thing I appreciate most about Adam is that he is an amazing listener and communicator. It might not always look like he is paying attention, but he listens with his heart and puts in effort to make a change and to grow. Adam has made such growth in his spiritual life, and I can't wait to help him to learn and grow as we become one family. I love Adam for the way he is gentle with me when I am having a bad day. And I love Adam for the way he brings out a smile in those around him because who else do you know that acts like this man? He is my little silly goose and I can't wait to meet him at the end of that aisle. Love, Megan
Maid of Honor
Amanda is the oldest of the Gamache siblings. Megan's favorite memories with Amanda were when Amanda was in Boston and invited Megan down for a few days at a time. Megan was still in high school, but these little trips made her feel so grown up and she got to see and experience what the life of her big sister was like. They would get Starbucks and go on walks around the city to see all kinds of places. They went to Snowport, they went window shopping, and Amanda always knew the best walking areas. One evening they stayed in and painted little wooden gingerbread houses and ate dry chicken that Megan cooked because Amanda didn't want to touch the raw chicken. But every trip was a fun time to connect as sisters and Megan cherished each moment she got to be with her big sis.
Best Man
Adam’s favorite memories with Noah is on the vacations they took as a family. Every year they would do a family trip and nothing made Adam more excited than waking up early to go on a trip and spend time with his brother. Whether it was exploring Cozumel, snorkeling in the Bahamas, ziplining in Alaska, playing guitar by the pool in the Dominican Republic, or even just relaxing on the beach in Panama, these were some of Adam’s most cherished moments with his brother. Even just a weekend down in Boston where they would see a concert together meant the world to Adam as he grew up.
Bridesmaid
Natalie and Megan met freshman year of college in various classes, they are both nursing majors. At first Natalie and Megan only really saw each other in class, working together on projects and talking about their mutual dislike of English class. Over the years they have grown closer and closer, and now Natalie has helped Megan restructure her gym routine to more suit a female, rather than Megan’s previous routines Adam gave her. Natalie is a big supporter of Megan and is the type of person you want in your corner. She is extremely loyal, and Megan enjoys their girls' nights with Sophie, where they can talk about anything and everything together.
Groomsman
Adam met Dan even before freshman year in that same accepted students day group that Adam and Megan were in. Dan lived on the same floor as Adam during freshman year, and every day Adam would walk back from his evening lab and see Dan sitting at the exact same high top in the campus commons. As time moved on, walking by him turned into a nod, which turned into a wave, and eventually turned into conversations where the two realized they had a lot in common and began studying together. Eventually Megan and Adam convinced Dan to come to Morocco for a semester abroad where we all became great friends and even traveled to Italy together. Dan is someone who has always had the couple’s back and is not afraid to speak up for the people around him, we are lucky to have him as a friend.
Bridesmaid
Sophie and Megan met freshman year of college, they are both nursing majors. Sophie enjoys bringing Megan along on her various cardio exercises, which Megan has never been a huge fan of, such as running and swimming. Sophie is an extremely supportive person who has a kind heart and is always looking out for those around her. She has been a huge support for Megan during these past few years of nursing school and she is always exploring new hobbies with Megan when one of them decides they are going to become an expert in some new activity. So far, they have tried cooking, baking, embroidery, painting, and many more to come!
Groomsman
Joshua transferred to UNE during spring of 2025, right when the couple returned from Morocco. He was in our fundamentals of nursing class and sat in one of the only open seats left, right next to Dan. We would always have short little chats with him throughout the semester but when the group all landed in Portland, Joshua started to hang out with Adam, Tommy, and Dan on their weekly boys night. Joshua fit right into the group the moment he walked in the front door. He has charm like no other and he was a perfect addition to our friend group.
Bridesmaid
Meadow and Megan met in elementary school. The two of them have been through just about everything together. During high school, they took many interesting classes together where they learned life skills, they took intro to cooking, creative cooking, self-defense, and first aid and CPR. Meadow and Megan enjoyed sleepovers, book clubs, picnics, campfires and trips to different places. Megan absolutely loved going to see Meadow and spending time with her family and the kittens and puppies that were always at her house. Meadow has seen Megan grow from her crazy middle school years up into adulthood and has been a solid friend who stayed by her side through all these years.
Groomsman
Adam met Tommy freshman year and they would see each other around on campus and even played guitar together a few times. In the Summer of 2025 when Adam and Megan moved to Portland, Adam and Tommy got much closer and began hanging out more frequently, and he is one of the foundations of the guys’ friend group. Tommy has a sense of humor that never fails to make everyone in the room laugh and it’s a honor to call him a close friend.
Bridesmaid
Evelynn and Megan met freshman year of college and immediately hit it off. Evelynn and Megan enjoyed frequent dinners together as well as crafts and just chit-chatting. Megan admires Evelynn’s immaculate taste in decoration and her ability to find diamonds in the rough when she goes thrift shopping. Evelynn is a kind soul who has always understood Megan in a way not everyone does, and she is always there when someone needs her. Evelynn and Megan studied abroad in Morocco together and had a grand time exploring the cities and experiencing new cultures together.
Groomsman
Adam met Jacob at an accepted students day hockey game for UNE. The two got along great and decided to be roommates freshman year. We would always get back from our lectures and lift, grab food, and play some games together. Jacob was a great friend for Adam freshman year and was always a great person to talk to about what was going on. Adam couldn’t imagine a better person to lift and hang out with those first two years of college.
Flower Man
Cody is child number three in the Gamache household. One of Megan's favorite memories with Cody was when they went camping and the whole family wasn't there yet, they would get a map of the campground and ride their bikes all around, looking at who was in each site, what decorations they had, and if there were pets. They then made up elaborate stories about the good guys, the bad guys, the spies, and the bystander in the campground. The story changed at each location, and it was their job to unmask the bad guys and bring a detailed map to their superior supervisor, Dad. They had walkie-talkies with call signs and a whole code system, so no one knew what they were communicating!
Flower Man
Michael is child number four in the Gamache clan. One of Megan's favorite memories with Michael was a more recent one. In 2025, Michael was able to come up to Maine and spend a few nights at UNE with Megan and Adam. Megan loved being able to show him around campus and just spend some quality time that is hard to get when she is at college. They played basketball in the gym, which was unfair at the start because Michael has played for many more years than Megan's measly one year. So, predictably, Michael crushes Megan at HORSE, and around the world. Michael also got to try the delicacy that is UNE dining hall food, it's not actually that good.
Mother of the Bride
Michelle is Megan's mom. Megan's favorite memory with her mom is when they spent so much time working on crafts and just making everything and anything. Michelle had made beautiful crafts from fabric and other materials. Megan's specialty was little bead creations. With all these crafts they spent so much time working on, they spent 25$ to rent a table at their local craft fair. They spent 4 hours at the craft fair, and in those four hours they sold 5$ worth of crafts. Megan was so excited that they had sold something! They bought a delicious egg salad sandwich from another vendor for lunch, and Megan had the best day getting to spend so much time with just her and mom. To this day, they still spit meals at restaurants, but that was the first one Megan can remember.
Mother of the Groom
One of Adam’s favorite memories with his mom is when they went to Switzerland with Adam, his Aunt Mary, his Mom, and of course Megan. Catherine had wanted to go to Switzerland her whole life, and with Megan and Adam’s semester abroad in Morocco right around the corner, they stopped off in Denmark and Switzerland for a week each. The group went to the top of Jungfraujoch, a gorgeous mountain top that looked over the Swiss Alps. Everyone was quite shocked by the beauty of it, and this was a moment that fulfilled a dream of Catherine’s and Adam was so happy to see her enjoying that moment.
Father of the Bride
Chris is Megan's dad. One of Megan's earliest memories with her dad is when he took her on a daddy-daughter day to a children's museum (maybe the one in Boston, I can't remember!). Megan and her dad went on all kinds of adventures through the museum, she got to fly up in the air and see the top of the world (the seat that raises you up about 10 feet!). She got to be inside a bubble! And most importantly, she got to go into the dinosaur exhibit, where together they dug for dinosaur bones. In this exhibit, you could use a piece of paper and a crayon to transfer the dinosaur bones onto the paper. Megan probably made about 500 of those things. After that, Megan and her dad went to an art museum. Apparently, one of the staff members trailed us through the entire place because they thought Megan would break something. But Megan has been in love with the arts and art museums and shows since. Megan absolutely loved daddy-daughter days.
Father of the Groom
One of Adam’s favorite memories with his dad is when they were younger, his brother and him had just gotten an Xbox a few months prior and a new game they all wanted to play was coming out on a school night. Scott gave the boys two options: Go to bed and we can play after school tomorrow, or stay up late and miss a day of school. Obviously, the boys chose to stay up late and play a new game with their dad which made a memory to last a lifetime. It’s the countless moments like this that makes Adam appreciate and respect his father as much as he does.
