Shuttle Service
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm
We’ll be offering a shuttle service on the day of the wedding! It will pick up guests at the Comfort Inn in St. Thomas around 2:30 PM, and at the Inn on the Harbour in Port Stanley around 2:45 PM, and take you directly to the venue. At the end of the night, the shuttle will do two return trips — one at midnight and another at 1:00 AM, once the party wraps up. There will be a separate RSVP for the transport back. If you’d like to use the shuttle, please let us know in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. We will then make sure you receive detailed pick-up information shortly before the wedding.

Please arrive at 3pm at Wheatfield Estate. We want you to feel comfortable — August can be pretty warm, so suits are totally optional. Wear whatever makes you feel great and wedding-ready! Just a heads-up: the grass at the venue might be soft, so stilettos could be tricky. Maybe opt for block heels or something comfy.
Ceremony

We are thrilled to celebrate this special moment with you! We’ve hired professionals to capture the ceremony, so we kindly ask that you keep your phones tucked away during this part of the day — we promise to share all the beautiful photos and moments with you afterward. There will be a few reserved seats for our wedding party and close family, but otherwise, feel free to sit wherever you'd like!
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Let’s toast to love! 🥂 During cocktail hour, there will be light bites, champagne, and - the highlight - ICE CREAM to enjoy. We’ll also be taking some group photos — so stick around! And if you're feeling playful, there will be a few games to keep things fun while we mingle and celebrate.

Come hungry — we’ve got you covered! 😋 Dinner will be a BBQ-style buffet as well as a pasta bar, fresh salads, veggies, and sides, followed by a dessert buffet and even a midnight snack. If you’re planning a speech or a game, please reach out to our groomsmen (for French) or bridesmaids (for English and German). You’ll find their contact info on the Wedding Party page. And don’t forget to let us know in your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions or preferences — we want to make sure everyone enjoys the food and feels taken care of!

End of Night and Transport Back to St.Thomas or Port Stanley

Please let us know if you are planning to use the free shuttle at the end of the night. There will be two shuttle trips — one at midnight for those heading out earlier, and another at 1:00 AM once the event wraps up. Both shuttles will take you to Port Stanley and St. Thomas.

We’d love to spend as much time as possible with all of you, so we’ve organized a casual lunch on Monday after the wedding to get one more chance to chat and relax together — because let’s be honest, the wedding day goes by so fast! Join us at Riva Italian Restaurant in Port Stanley for a laid-back meal. It’ll be a ‘pay-your-own-way’ kind of deal, but we promise the food will be totally worth it! We totally understand if you’ve got travel plans to catch, but if you can make it, please let us know in your RSVP. Hope you can join us for some good food and great company!
