Guest arrival begins at 4:00 PM. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. After the ceremony, while the bridal party and immediate family members take photos, our cocktail hour will take place at The Sterling from 5 PM to 6 PM. The reception will then follow and will begin at 6:30 PM with a buffet dinner. The reception will end at 11:00 PM.
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM, we recommend you aim to arrive between 4:00 PM and 4:15 PM.
Yes! The ceremony will be outdoors - please plan accordingly. The events will be followed by an indoor/outdoor reception.
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white.
Absolutely! We want you to have a fun and safe night at our wedding. The Sterling allows guests to leave vehicles overnight free of charge.
No formal paper invitation will be sent out. You can RSVP at any time by clicking the RSVP tab above!
Please make sure to RSVP "yes" or "no" by August 30, 2025. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.
You will be missed! If you can't make it please make sure to RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly with our guest count for vendors. Please do this before August 30, 2025, when RSVP's are due.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.
