Please arrive at the venue between 5-5:15PM. There is ample parking. Those traveling from the Los Angeles area should note that travel time to Claremont via the 134 & 210 can vary up to a full hour based on traffic. There will be two shuttles from the Claremont DoubleTree to the venue that can fit fourteen people at 4:20 PM and 4:50 PM, but space is limited. If you plan on drinking, please consider the shuttle, a Rideshare service, or a designated driver!
Cocktail Hour
