The Baraat is the groom's procession into the wedding venue and arguably the most joyous and boisterous parts of an Indian wedding! Come watch Darius be welcomed by Mandy's family and the meeting of both families. The celebration will be filled with vibrant music, dancing and drums! The Baraat will be followed by a light breakfast and tea.
10:30 am - 12:00 pm
Attire: Indian Outfit
Watch Mandy and Darius partake in traditional Sikh wedding traditions including the Anand Karaj also known as the "Ceremony of Joy." This takes place in the gurdwara, which is the Sikh place of worship (also known as a temple).
1:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Attire: Indian Outfit
Come enjoy delicious Indian cuisine and dance to some of your favorite Bollywood hits! You'll be treated to some Indian dance performances after which we will all boogie down!
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Attire: Black-Tie Optional
Take part in the traditional American ceremony and watch Mandy and Darius exchange their vows!
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Attire: Black-Tie Optional
Enjoy a few light bites and cocktails while listening to live jazz.
