We have listed a few hotels that we recommend, each in walking distance of the reception site. There are many other options that you can look into that are in the surrounding areas such as Yountville, Napa proper or American Canyon. Just know that it can get to be a much further of a drive from the ceremony and reception sites! Harvest season is a busy and popular time in Napa so booking accommodations is recommended to be done as far in advance as possible!

Vineyard Country Inn

Just down the road from the reception...about a 5-10 minute walk.. We currently have reserved the hotel for our wedding guests, however, it is filled on a first come first serve basis. Please reach out to Mandy, Case, or Dori Davidson (dori.davidson@comcast.net) in order to ask about obtaining a room at Vineyard Country Inn. Unfortunately, it is not a huge hotel so we cannot guarantee anything! Please reach out as soon as you know you would like to stay at this option!

El Bonita Motel

A nice, clean, and slightly more budget friendly option! Mandy's parents have stayed here a handful of times. It is a quick walk across the street from Harvest Inn. A few reminders....many rooms are double beds, if you prefer a queen make sure to request this and ensure your reservation states queen beds. Also know that their continental breakfast they provide is pretty minimal.

For those who don't want to rent a car, Amtrak is available from Oakland International Airport to the Napa Valley. This takes about 4 hours and varies in prices. There would then need to be transportation organized (yay for Uber and Lyft) in order to get from Napa Valley Train station to your hotel. Times of trains vary!
