Our recommendation is to fly into Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) from your preferred airport hub. Unfortunately, the options for non-stop direct flights from most airports to SBA are nonexistent so this will require one or two stops for layovers. Please be mindful of layover times when booking. If choosing to fly to SBA, you may do so from either Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) with common connecting flights such as Denver, Phoenix, or Dallas. There are direct flights to Los Angeles (LAX) and is also recommended but be wary of the notorious LA traffic. Best case drive time from from LAX to Santa Barbara is about two hours but the traffic can heavily extend this. One positive to this will be the scenic routes and the beauty of the the Pacific Coast Highway.
