Kahului Airport (OGG) is the primary airport on the island of Maui and receives both overseas and interisland flights. Please make sure you choose this airport when booking your flights!

Accommodations
There are two main towns to stay at on the west side of Maui that is close to the venue, Lahaina and Kihei. Lahaina or Ka'anapali is close to shops, restaurants and beaches as it is a popular tourist town. It is about 15-20 mins driving to the wedding venue. There are a variety of hotels and rental condos in the area and where we will be staying. Kihei is located south east of the wedding venue and spans south down the coast. It is closer to the airport than Lahaina, but is about a 25 - 30 minute drive to the venue, depending on where in Kihei you are staying and traffic conditions may further add to the time. There are more options for rental condos and they are generally less expensive. It's a more relaxed town with a local vibe. Getting around on the island is easy if you have a car. We would recommend renting a car during your stay in Maui When booking, please note the currency in which you are being charged in!

Rental Cars
The best way to get around is by car. We would highly recommend that everyone has access to a rental car, either of your own or shared. February is considered high season, so do reserve your car rental in advance. Prices may be higher compared to other times of the year, due to high demand. There are lots of rental car places located near the airport. I would stick with the chains as they have the most reviews and highest ratings. Below are some companies we would recommend.
