When can I RSVP?

Answer

Formal invitations will follow the Save the Dates. You will find more information along with your invitation in closer to our date in June. RSVP's will also be made on this website.

What attire should I wear?

Answer

We welcome guests to dress in a cocktail style for our event. Suits, blazers, sport coats and ties are welcome. Dresses of any length in a formal to semi-formal style or polished pant-suits are encouraged. The venue will have an outdoor section and Northern California gets chilly in the evenings - even in summer! It might be wise to bring a light jacket or shawl.

Can children attend?

Answer

We are more than happy to have your little ones join us for the reception, however, we ask that our ceremony be reserved for adults only. An on-site babysitter will be hired and a special room in the upstairs portion of the venue will be transformed into a space for children with activities and places to nap.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Formal invitations will clarify party numbers, however, you can expect your immediate family and/or spouse to be invited. All solo guests will be granted a plus one!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can begin arriving at 5PM, when the venue is reserved to wedding guests only. Presently, we expect the ceremony to start at 5:30 followed by a short cocktail reception before dinner and dancing.

What is the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

If you choose to stay in Santa Rosa or Windsor, an uber or taxi would be the best choice. If you are extending your stay to enjoy the Napa Valley area, we would recommend renting a car - the area is quite big and prominent vineyards can be as much as an hour away from each other (we love the St Helena strip if you would like to find several fantastic wineries in one place).

Will there be parking at your venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be! There should be ample space to park at no charge at the venue.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony, which we anticipate to be 30 minutes, will take place outdoors. A short cocktail reception will follow on the veranda with dinner and dancing taking place indoors. There will be an outdoor patio with lounge areas and activities, however, all outdoor surfaces will be level and paved footing. Northern California is chilly in the evenings (and sometimes even the day) during the summer so we recommend a shawl or jacket to be brought just in case!

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

Our guests will be provided hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail reception and will have a selection of chicken, beef, and vegetarian options for a plated dinner. Dinner selections will be made virtually and instructions will be provided with formal invitations. Paradise Ridge wines and sparkling wines will be served complimentary to our guests. Beer, soda, water, and wine-mixed cocktails will also be made available.
