Welcome Event & Dinner

Attire for this event is casual! Just be sure to dress prepared for cool weather and have shoes good for walking on various dirt/gravel surfaces.
We will be hanging out with some yard games, light drinks, and dinner. This welcome event is after the rehearsal and is open to all guests. :)

Ceremony

Dressy casual: appropriate attire includes dress pants or chinos with a button-up, a midi or cocktail dress, a dressy jumpsuit, or any polished outfit that feels elevated but not overly formal. Blazers and ties are welcome but not required. We recommend comfortable footwear and a light layer for the evening.
Please plan to arrive at 3:30pm. The ceremony is outdoors as long as weather allows. We will begin promptly at 4pm and expect to conclude the ceremony around 4:30pm.
Reception
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm

We will have cocktail hour with refreshments and appetizers from 4:30-5:30pm, then begin the reception and dinner at 5:30pm. After dinner we will enjoy dancing and spending time together! The events will take place partially indoors and outdoors, so be prepared to have layers as the evening gets cool on the mountain. There will be firepits outside and light blankets available.
