Wedding Party

Mackenzie Gould

Maid of Honor

Mackenzie and Liz became friends in the fourth grade. What started off as two little girls in Girl Scouts sprouted into a lifelong friendship. They have been there for one another through highs and lows for 18 years. They've been by each other's side for all major milestones from first crushes to college graduation to traveling out of the country together to Portugal. Now, MacKenzie gets to stand by Liz's side for another major milestone- marrying her (second) best friend.

Chloe Chance

Bridesmaid

Chloe and Liz have known each other since elementary school. Liz was considered Chloe's best friend in third grade back when Chloe believed it was mandatory to have a new best friend each year. They would go to the gym after class at Central and would often end up in the Dairy Queen parking lot in Southington afterward for a sweet treat and co-therapy session, talking about the stresses of school, life, and their dreams for the future.

Carrigan Costello

Bridesmaid

Cara and Liz have been friends since middle school and they played softball together. Cara went on to play softball in college (Liz did not). Now they attend weekly boxing classes together. Cara always has a positive attitude and a laid-back personality that makes it impossible not to want to be around. Cara is always open to any late-night spontaneous adventures unless it is to the Casino.

Nina Schmidt

Bridesmaid

Nina and Liz met in nursing school and quickly bonded over endless study sessions, stress, and probably way too much caffeine. They took their nursing license exam together and afterward sat in total silence on a park bench, watching their ice cream melt and fully convinced they had failed (they both passed). Through career milestones and life's ups and downs, Nina and Liz have been a steady support for one another. Make the age-old adage true, "The best friendships come from nurse trauma-bonding - Unknown".

Lucianne Nastri

Bridesmaid

Luci and Liz met during Liz’s senior year of college when Luci started dating Nick’s best friend; Ben. Liz and Luci quickly became close friends. Luci is a fantastic cook and made a steak dinner for Liz’s birthday in Maine. Liz and Luci have spent countless Sundays together during football season and Luci always brings activities to break up the monotony of endless football games.

Benjamin Gilliam

Groomsman

Nick and Ben met in middle school. Nick and Ben became friends after Ben threw a desk at Nick. Ben always provides the best wheels for every trip that the group takes together. Ben claims he always knew Nick and Liz would end together. You can find Ben and Nick side by side almost every Sunday together during football season.

Jack Gould

Groomsman

Jack and Nick became close friends in middle school. Jack and Nick were roommates for three years in college, and their apartment quickly became the hangout spot for the group. Being so close to Elmer's Bar, many stories would be inappropriate for this section. Just know that no street signs between the apartment and the bar were safe.

Earl Snyder

Groomsman

Nick and Earl met in high school after Earl transferred to Wolcott and joined the track and cross-country team with Liz and Mackenzie. Earl became friends with the entire group, and they would all play ultimate frisbee after school. One time, Nick broke his collarbone when he dove after a frisbee but found a goalpost. Earl loves to dance at Nick’s annual Christmas parties.

Jesse Fucito

Groomsman

Nick and Jesse became friends in middle school. Nick once hit Jesse in the face with a weighted baseball at practice. Liz got to know Jesse when they took an EMT class in high school and Jesse would make Liz do all their homework (Jesse ended up with the higher grade). The group would all hang out at Jesse’s house in high school. Jesse thought that Nick and Liz would be a great match and encouraged them to go out on a date together.

Joseph Mancini

Groomsman

Joe is Nick’s younger brother. As a child, he couldn’t quite pronounce “Nick,” so he lovingly called him “Keke”—a nickname that has stuck ever since. The brothers share a special bond, enjoying Patriots games together with their father. Joe has a big heart and a love for cooking, often making sauce for the whole family. He’s also the one Nick can always count on to fix anything with an engine, a steady presence in both everyday moments and times of need.

Nathan Perry

Groomsman

Nate is Liz's younger brother and one of Liz's biggest supporters. Although they used to fight constantly, they have grown very close over the years. Nate may proudly call himself the life of the party but, the reality is that he's lost his fair share of drinking challenges to Nick. He and Liz share a deep bond, and she has always valued his guidance and support—so it was only natural that Nick asked Nate (and Kevin) for their blessing before proposing. Nate’s loyalty, humor, and love for his sister make him an irreplaceable part of Liz and Nick’s story.
