Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, the welcome party is cocktail attire and will be located outdoors. The ceremony is semi-formal attire. Please note that the ceremony and reception are also exposed to the outdoors. The lake near the gazebo brings a cold breeze once the sun goes down.

Which airport should I fly in to?
Answer
There are three airport options: 1. Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (CLT), the largest airport option (1hr 45min by car to the venue). 2. Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (1hr by car to the venue). 3. Asheville Regional Airport (1hr by car to the venue).

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones that are not listed on your invitation and RSVP form.

Is there a shuttle service?
Answer
Transportation will be provided to the ceremony and from the reception to all guests staying at Rumbling Bald Resort. Transportation will also be provided after the after-party.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes. There is ample parking at the wedding venue. Cars may be left overnight at the venue until 9am the following morning.

Is there available dining at Rumbling Bald?

Yes! The following restaurants are available on Rumbling Bald's property. Menus are available online. Legends on the Lake - Casual Dining The Gardens - Elevated Casual Dining The Bear's Cup Café/Bar - Perfect for coffee, beer or a grab to go bite to eat overlooking the golf course Eagles Nest - Sandwiches/wraps Dining Outside of Rumbling Bald Resort Victory Kitchen - Cozy family owned and operated farmhouse restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. Appalachia Restaurant - Located within the Lodge on Lake Lure. Fine casual dining with a bar and outside deck.

Are my kids invited?
Answer
Although they will be greatly missed, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate everyone's children due to restricted space. This pertains to children of all ages unless specified on the RSVP. If we cannot invite your children, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope you will continue to enjoy the party with us!
