It all began in December 2018 at a pre-MBA party in Delhi. Kartik asked a bold question, and Manasi surprised him by being more prepared than he expected. Let’s just say it sparked a memorable first impression. Six months later, they ran into each other again at Wharton. From that point on, they became an unmissable part of each other's day for the next six years — and they’re still not tired of it.

What started as a casual connection quickly turned into a legendary friendship. Whether it was late-night study sessions, spontaneous trips, or plotting harmless mischief with friends, Manasi and Kartik were partners in crime through it all. Even after school, when life carried them to San Francisco, their bond only grew stronger. They were each other’s go-to person, the one to call for a laugh, a vent, or a last-minute adventure. Looking back, it’s clear they were laying the foundation for something much bigger… they just didn’t know it yet.

Over the years, their friendship had woven itself so deeply into daily life that it was hard to tell where friendship ended and love began. One night at a music festival, a single song flipped everything on its head. In that moment, they stopped seeing each other as just partners in crime and started seeing what had been there all along. Their friends claimed to "see it all along". What started as friendship had always been leading here, and once it clicked, it was obvious to them (and to everyone else) This was it.

Their world together is hard to mistake for anyone else’s. Their mutually loved music always playing, board games that get far too competitive, toys scattered across the house, and space facts traded back and forth like secrets. They fly high, party hard, and find each other endlessly funny — whether it’s repeating South Park lines or turning everyday phrases into songs only they understand. Now this dream world is turning into a dream life they weave, together and with their loved ones.
