Yes, please! This is our dress code, and we’d love for everyone to follow it. Plus, we think it’ll look amazing in photos!
Any shade within these colors works! Lighter or deeper variations are fine as long as they stay within the earthy, natural palette. Check out our link for examples!
Yes! We highly encourage floral print dresses for women and aloha shirts for men, as this is common wedding attire here in Hawaii. As long as the main colors in your outfit align with the palette, patterns and prints are totally fine!
Hawaii weddings are generally elevated but comfortable—think semi-formal or dressy casual. No need for tuxedos or ballgowns here! But wear something polished that fits the outdoor setting.
We kindly ask guests to avoid denim and opt for colored dress pants, chinos, skirts, or dresses instead.
If you don’t already have something in our color palette, we encourage borrowing or thrifting second-hand pieces that match! Our goal is to keep this wedding as sustainable and creative as possible, so feel free to get resourceful.
Our ceremony celebration will be held outdoors on the grassy field at Moon and Salt Farm, with plenty of fresh air and stunning views. Ladies, we recommend wedges, block heels, or sandals instead of stilettos as this will be an outdoor event and we don't want anyone sinking in the grass! Gentlemen, dress shoes or stylish boots with a sturdy sole are a great choice.
Late afternoons are generally warm however in the evenings may be cooler, with temperatures potentially dropping about 10 degrees after sunset. If you don't plan on dancing all night long, we recommend bringing a warm jacket or a cozy layer so you can stay comfortable while enjoying the evening festivities under the stars. Additionally, while the event will remain outside, there will be a large event tent set up to provide cover in case of rain—so we’ll be prepared, rain or shine!
