Our story began the modern way — with a swipe and a spark. Malorie slid into Temo’s DMs on Bumble (because who could risk saying no to a self-proclaimed pro-sushi chef), but it wasn’t just charm that connected them... it was their dogs. Henny and Mana looked like long-lost twins, and from that moment on, so much more than puppy love began. Since May 20, 2022; we've been inseparable! Our journey together has been filled with laughter, adventures, board game battles, spontaneous getaways, surviving long-distance, moving across multiple state lines, and being completely obsessed with three adorable dogs in increasingly ridiculous costumes. Malorie fell for Temo’s big heart — the way he cares for their dogs (and her), his chef-level cooking, his sometimes too-dark humor, and his ability to drop anything to show up for the people he loves. Temo fell for Malorie’s outgoing spirit, her fierce loyalty to family, her talent for planning fun outings (dragging him out of his comfort zone in the best way), her sense of humor— and the fact she finds him funny, and the way she makes him smile even when he doesn't want to. On October 5, 2024, after a perfect day of leaf-peeping in Vail, Colorado; Temo got down on one knee and asked Malorie to be his forever. Now, we’re so excited to celebrate with all of you — the family and friends who have supported us, been there for us, laughed with us, and maybe even helped us dress up the dogs once or twice.
