Please RSVP by April 10, 2025. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will not be able to accomodate you and you will be missed.
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. If a plus one has not already been designated to you (and communicated directly from the couple to you) you may not bring a plus one.
We love your little ones and know they would have fun! Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are not invited.
Monterey Regional Airport (MRY) is the closest airport to fly into for our wedding, which is approximately 26min away from our venue and 5min from most local hotels. San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) is the closest large airport which is approximately 1hour and 30min from central Monterey. We suggest renting a car and carpooling as it will be the most convenient and cost-effective way to travel to the venue and into town.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at Carmel Fields (4860 Carmel Valley Rd) in Carmel, California. The ceremony will be held in the gardens and the cocktail hour & reception will be in the Merienda room and patio.
We have secured a room block at Casa Munras. You may call the hotel directly at 831-375-2411 to make your reservation. Please mention the wedding block name “Topper Wedding” or the group confirmation number “8671366” to ensure you are placed in the group block at the negotiated rates. You may also book directly here: https://be.synxis.com/?Hotel=12662&Chain=27014&arrive=2025-05-14&depart=2025-05-19&adult=1&child=0&group=8671366 Final date to reserve within the block is: April 14, 2025 If you would like to explore hotels we reccomend Casa Munras, Monterey Tides, Portola Hotel, Monterey Plaza, Hyatt Regency Monterey, and Marriot Monterey. Airbnb or VRBO is also a fantastic option! Staying in Carmel is also a wonderful option, the longest drive you would ever have is 20-25min max.
The ceremony will begin at 5:45pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.
Unfortuntely there is no set transportation in place. We do reccomend those who will be partaking in the open bar festivities to have a designated driver or to rideshare. If you do drive the venue has noted it is safe to leave you vehicles overnight.
If you are staying in Monterey it is a 25min drive to the venue. We highly encourage ride share rather than driving if you will be partaking in the open bar. If you choose to drive, there is a large parking lot on the grounds in front of the venue.
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal/cocktail attire. Ladies can wear a formal evening dress, cocktail dress, or a chic pantsuit. Gentlemen can wear dress pants with a button up dress shirt (long or short sleeve). Suit coat optional. No jeans or shorts please! Black is okay to wear :)
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride -- whites, ivories, and creams. Black is okay for guests to wear.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do!" We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! We will have a special QR code at your table to scan where every photo taken will upload to a shared album for the bride and groom to remenise afterwards. We will be having a photo booth which will be available right after cocktail hour! You will be able to print photos while also being able to send them to yourself. You can take as many as you like and we can't wait to see them all afterwards.
We'll be serving passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a duo plated dinner and dessert.
Yes, is that even a question! Open bar on Jameson & Nala, hangover is on you -- get ready to party! Please bring small bills to tip your bartenders and show them some love!
The ceremony will take place outdoors and last approximately 30min. Cocktail hour is indoor/outdoor. The reception will take place indoors. Please make sure to bring a light coat and check the weather prior just in case!
The groom will be there so it will be a beautiful day! But sometimes weather isn't always on our side and it can still rain a bit or have some gloom as it is on a bay. Please check the weather before your travels and pack accordingly.
