Question

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be about a two-hour gap between the ceremony and reception. The two venues are about a fifteen-minute drive from each other. We’ve shared several local recommendations to help you make the most of the time! Downtown Lexington is roughly halfway between the venues, so grabbing a drink or exploring a bit is a great way to pass the time.

Answer

Weather permitting, both the Welcome Drinks on Friday night and the Cocktail Hour on Saturday evening will be held outdoors under covered areas. The rest of the reception will take place indoors.
