Flight
Chicago has 2 airports, O'Hare and Midway. You can reach downtown and the location of our hotel by car in about 30 minutes (but usually a bit longer with traffic), or in about 45 minutes by public transportation. By Car: You can easily order an Uber, Lyft, or Taxi from either airport! By Train: Both airports have access to Chicago's CTA trains! From O'Hare, you simply take the "Blue Line" from the stop at the airport to the "UIC-Halstead" stop. This takes about 45 minutes. From there, it is about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. This is the much easier public transportation option, and something we do every time we fly! From Midway, you would take the "Orange Line" from the airport into the city center known as "The Loop". From there, you would transfer to another train, bus, or car to reach your hotel if needed. This adds an extra step, but can be a cost saver when flying into Midway.

Travel Note
Chicago has a great public transportation system called the CTA. It includes trains and busses that can take you all across the city. Google Maps is a great resource if you want to take advantage of the trains and buses, it gives very detailed instructions on how to get where you want to go!
