Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Right here on Zola.com! All we want is to be able to buy a house sometime soon, so your help would be so greatly appreciated. If you'd prefer to avoid the credit card fees, you can always bring a check, cash, or even use Venmo or Chase QuickPay. Asking for money is weird, but it's 2019 and we already have everything we need for our apartment. Thanks for your help!

Question

Can I bring my offspring?

Answer

Adults only, please! We want all you moms and dads to have a night to yourselves to celebrate with us.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We've included a few hotel recommendations on the "Travel" page right here on this website. Simply put, anywhere in Davenport, Rock Island, Bettendorf, or Moline will work just fine. It just depends on what you want to get out of your stay!

Question

Can I crash your wedding?

Answer

Wait, were you not invited? How did you even end up on this page? Get out of here!

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

It's not strict, so dress however you'd like, but who doesn't like getting all dolled up with their friends? Keep in mind, the ceremony will be outside and you'll probably be standing for a bit, so wear comfy shoes just in case.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Are you planning on celebrating with alcoholic beverages? We recommend taking an Uber. If you do plan on driving, there is street parking throughout the neighborhood.

Question

What is "The Quad Cities"?

Answer

Good question! Brian grew up in Moline, IL, which is one of The Quad Cities. In addition to Moline, the combination of Rock Island (IL), East Moline (IL), Davenport (IA), and Bettendorf (IA) make up the greater municipal area known as "The Quad Cities."

Question

But isn't that 5 cities? "Quad" means 4, doesn't it?

Answer

It doesn't make any sense to us either. Just trust us on this one.
