The wedding is in Montego Bay, Jamaica at the Grand Palladium-All Inclusive Resort on March 21, 2026 at 4:00pm.
Yes, a valid passport is required for travel. If you don’t already have one, we recommend starting the application process soon as possible, as processing times can vary and may take several weeks.
Both resorts are part of the same property and share access to all the same amenities, including restaurants, pools, and activities, so you'll enjoy the same experience no matter which side you stay on. The key difference lies in the accommodations: The Grand Palladium Jamaica has recently refurbished rooms, offering more modern interiors and features. As a result, it tends to be slightly higher in price. On the other hand, the Lady Hamilton side is closer to many of the restaurants and activity areas, which some guests find more convenient.
Please book through the “Travel” tab and use the link to your desired side of the resort. We encourage you to book sooner than later to lock in the best rates.
There is no minimum stay required at the resort. However, we kindly encourage guests to join us from Thursday through Sunday, as we have several activities planned leading up to the wedding.
Airfare is not included in your resort booking. Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights to Montego Bay. If you need any assistance with travel planning, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we're more than happy to help.
Palladium offers a free shared shuttle from the airport, but it must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. If you prefer a more personalized experience, you can upgrade to a private transfer for an additional cost. To take advantage of these transportation perks, you’ll need to sign up as a Palladium Rewards member — it’s completely free and part of the room reservation process.
The resort does not offer a traditional payment plan. However, they provide two payment options: You may place a 20% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 15 days prior to your stay. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount upon arrival at the resort.
We kindly ask all guests to wear black attire for the ceremony—no patterns or floral prints, please. This helps us create a cohesive and elegant atmosphere. Dress to impress! After the ceremony, there will be a brief intermission for guests to change before the reception, so feel free to bring a second outfit if you’d like.
The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors in a non-sandy area, while the reception will take place indoors.
As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, our wedding guest list is limited due to venue capacity. While friends and family are welcome to stay at the resort, only those listed on the invitation will be able to attend the wedding ceremony and reception. We appreciate your understanding and support as we celebrate this special day with our closest loved ones.
It’s not required, but we highly recommend it. Travel insurance can cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or delays- just in case!
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, for those who wish to give a gift, we are registered at Amazon.com. https://www.amazon.com/wedding/share/TheCulbreathWedding
We kindly ask all guests to RSVP by June 15 under the “RSVP” tab on our website. You do not need to have your room booked by then — we just ask that you let us know if you foresee yourself attending our wedding so we can plan accordingly!
Absolutely! We completely understand that not everyone will be able to travel. To make sure we celebrate with all of our loved ones, we’re hosting a send-off party on February 28, 2026, in Myrtle Beach. We’d love to see you there before we head to Jamaica!
