Mali and Tati met for the very first time at a Haitian Creole Preaching Campaign in Miami, FL. Since the focus of the campaign was to preach- instead of the usual saying “Another Day Another Dollar” they came up with the saying “Another Day Another Disciple” (Matthew 28:19). After the campaign, he went home to Maryland and she went home to Upstate NY. Surprisingly, they kept bumping into each other at different gatherings (NJ and Boston) but only said hello to each other. 𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗠’𝘀! Through Instagram they learned more about each other. From time to time, they would comment on each others Story. This led to a phone call conversation that changed both of their lives and lasted 3 hours. From that moment on, they couldn’t stop talking to each other. 🤭
