Ceremony

Event Attire - Cocktail
Our Ceremony will be held outside in the hotel garden at the smaller Gazebo Chapel located on the west lawn, near the Beach Bar & Grill and restrooms. Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the event. Please familiarize yourselves with the location prior to the event time to avoid any late arrivals as no one will be allowed in once we start walking down the aisle. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. A map of the hotel grounds is attached above on this page but can also be provided to our guests via text if needed. Reach out to us if you would like us to send you one.
Between Ceremony & Reception
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
There will be a 1.5 hour gap between the Ceremony and the Reception to allow Malia & Keith to have a moment together and take pictures. Guests can go enjoy the casino, tour the hotel or adventure on the strip. We do recommend staying near The Flamingo since the restaurant for the reception is within walking distance from the Ceremony space and is right in front of the hotel. We will begin the reception promptly at 6pm in order to take advantage of the full 2 hours we have the Reception space rented for. A map is attached above on this website page but can also be provided to our guests via text showing the reception and ceremony locations.
Reception

Event Attire - Cocktail
Our reception will be held at the Margaritaville Restaurant right near the Flamingo Hotel (See map above or we can text it to you as well). Dinner will be served at 6pm and will be buffet style with multiple passed appetizers, main dishes and desserts. Margarita's and all other alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are unlimited for the first 2 hours of the reception! So eat well, drink up and get ready to take photos and dance with us! We will likely have the reception space past 8pm but also want our guests to have time to enjoy the Las Vegas strip that evening as well.
