Can I bring my pets?

Answer

While we love your furry friends and our venue is pet-friendly for general stays, we have decided to keep our wedding weekend a pet-free event. We want everyone to be able to relax and celebrate fully, so we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home. We appreciate your understanding! Note: If you cannot leave your pet behind, you have a couple of options nearby. 1. The Long Barn Lodge: ~10-15 minutes from the Chalet. This is perfect for the people who are trying to be more budget conscious. They are very relaxed here and may let you leave your dog in your room while you attend the wedding. 2. McCaffrey House B&B: ~20-30 minutes from the Chalet. This is a more upscale option, and they are stricter about the dogs they allow.

Are kids invited?

While we'd love to host a massive playground, we are keeping our celebration strictly 21 and over (with the exception of our infant guests under the age of 1.5 and the children participating in the ceremony). We hope you'll enjoy a night off and dance with us kid-free!

I'm dating someone new! Can I bring them as a plus one?

Answer

We're so excited for you! However, we are currently keeping our wedding list limited to the people we already know and love deeply. Please refer to the names listed on the save the date envelope.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Dress Code: Mountain Chic Our wedding will be tucked away in the trees, and we’re leaning into the colors of summer wildflowers. For the Ladies: We'd love to see long, flowy dresses (maxi or midi length) in colorful prints or bright solids. For the Gentlemen: We’d love to see you in a suit, but let’s keep it summery! We suggest lighter hues like sage green, dusty blue, tan, khaki, or light grey. A tie is optional—feel free to lean into a more relaxed, polished mountain look. Note: We will be on natural forest ground, so we recommend block heels, wedges, or flats over stilettos. Please keep in mind that the ground can be a bit dusty during the summer, so consider that when choosing your outfit.
