Samantha Studt

Maid of Honor

My twin. My built-in best friend. My lifelong PR team. The funnier one. Words honestly fall short when it comes to describing my favorite person in the world (besides Felipe). I’m endlessly grateful for a sister who feels like home, a partner in every wild plan, travel buddy, memory-maker, and co-pilot in all things ridiculous and meaningful.

Alex Neff

Bridesmaid

Alex and I met when we were crammed into a shoebox-sized room in Spain for three months — and somehow never fought once. Instead, we spent our days egging each other on and being delightful menaces. Chaos bonded us, and the rest is history. She makes every situation more fun, puts others first without even trying, and instantly makes everyone around her feel at ease. She’s the kind of friend who brings the perfect mix of energy, warmth, and ridiculousness — truly, everyone needs an Alex in their life.

Lindsi Mayfield

Bridesmaid

Lindsi was the best roommate I could’ve asked for when I moved back to California — and clearly she can’t escape the Studt sisters, since she’s now living with Samantha. She’s been there since the very beginning of Felipe and me, and had the unfortunate privilege of hearing us laugh and talk into the early hours every night. She’s basically part of the origin story.

Lauren Pearson

Bridesmaid

Lauren and I met through her fiancé, Ryan (thank you, Chapman), but when he left Orange County to work in San Francisco, I took over his spot — and honestly, she got the better deal ;) From gym accountability buddies to fashion lovers, to picking up Indian dance classes during COVID, our friendship has been a mix of wholesome chaos and lifelong loyalty. She’s the calm to my crazy, the nicest person you’ll ever meet, and the kind of friend everyone hopes to accidentally steal from their boyfriend.

Krista Kunkle

Bridesmaid

Krista and I met as interns at Expedia — me in San Francisco, her in NYC — but it only took one onboarding trip to Dallas for us to instantly click. Since then, she’s been my spirit animal, my international host (Spain, France… wherever I land), and the kind of friend who will cross oceans for life’s big moments. A true free spirit and a role model in the art of mastering remote work — preferably from somewhere fabulous.

Paula Studt

Mother of the Bride

What can I even say? This woman truly speaks for herself. My mom, Paula, has more personality than most rooms can handle — and somehow still makes me look shy. She’s the reason I can sell anything, talk to anyone, and confidently ask for the upgrade I may or may not deserve (her motto: act like you belong). She’s my biggest cheerleader, my most brutally honest stylist, and the fiercest woman I know. I’m endlessly proud — and honestly just lucky to call her my mom.

Wayne Studt

Father of the Bride

Everyone loves Wawa — seriously, meet him once and he’s instantly your favorite. And how could he not be? He’s the most selfless human, the ultimate travel agent, and the kind of grounded, content soul who reminds you how beautiful the simple things in life really are. Without Wa, I wouldn’t know what the countryside even was, how to survive without electricity, kill a snake with a shovel, or slow down enough to enjoy the quiet moments. Growing up, I loved testing his patience — and I still do, mostly with my public outfit choices. He’s one of a kind, and I’m so lucky to be his daughter.

Isis

Flower Girl

Felipe’s niece, his sister Fernanda’s daughter. She’s the cutest one here.

Ilaine Zimmermann

Mother of the Groom

Ilaine is a force of nature, passionate, feisty one moment, loving the next, and unapologetically herself. She’s got a knack for doing things her way, with a big personality that fills any room and a warmth that makes everyone feel instantly welcome. Her fierce loyalty and endless support have been my rock, even when her well-meaning insistence didn’t quite hit the mark. She has been my biggest cheerleader, always there for me and ready to offer a helping hand, no matter the distance or years. She cares about people. I’m lucky to call this vibrant woman my mom.

Joao Zimmermann

Father of the Groom

My dad, Joao, is the calm in any storm, a steady presence who’s taught me the power of keeping cool under pressure. His quiet strength balances Mom’s fire perfectly, and together they’re unstoppable. Everyone loves him, and it’s easy to see why: he’s the guy who brings people together with his guitar, his love for music, and our shared passion for soccer (especially cheering for our hometown team Inter). He’s always been there, not with grand gestures but with a constant, calm grounding support that means the world to me.

Kyle Martin

Groomsman

Kyle’s the coolest guy I know, hands down. We met in 2021 through his girlfriend, and from day one, he was the friend who made everything epic, taking me to secret surf spots, shredding on skateboards, biking new trails, or just kicking back with coffee and real talk. He’s the kind of guy who shows you the world through his eyes, always adventurous, always honest, always real, and never afraid to tell it like it is. Kyle and I know we have each other’s back, from now until we’re 70, still chasing waves and trading stories. Grateful for this legend in my corner.

Vince Sternitzky

Groomsman

Vince and I have been friends for three and a half years, and I’m convinced he’s allergic to bad vibes. His positivity is contagious, lighting up every room and every conversation. Whether we’re diving deep into life’s big questions or dreaming up our next big idea, Vince is all in, health-oriented, business-savvy, goal-driven, and always planning his next global adventure (with houses in every corner of the world, naturally). He’s the friend who makes you believe anything’s possible, and I’m lucky to share this journey with him.

JB Foreman

Groomsman

JB started as my coaching client three years ago, and he quickly became a business partner, a friend, and family (Malia loves him too). This nerdy engineer with a wicked sense of humor and killer social skills is one of a kind. Think boat enthusiast, world traveler, and devoted family man rolled into one. Together, we’re building dreams, growing as men, and cheering each other on. His belief in me has never wavered, and having him in our corner makes everything better.
