YOU WILL NEED A VISA TO TRAVEL TO BRAZIL

The process is quite simple and can be done online. Use the website https://brazil.vfsevisa.com/homepage (also linked in the View button below) to apply for a visa. Click the button that says “ApplyeVisa now”to start the application. Fill out the prompts accordingly. The photo you upload will need to be taken against a white wall/background and you are not allowed to smile! It costs $80.90 USD to submit. I got a response back with my visa approved in about 3 days.

Transportation To and From the Venue

We will be providing transportation before and after. We have 6 vans set aside to pick everyone up at one of the two recommended hotels in Botafogo. They will also bring everyone back at the end. Please take advantage of the transportation to make everyone’s life’s easier. If you choose to stay at a different location than the two recommended hotels, that’s totally fine. We just recommend that you uber to the hotel in Botafogo to get the van on time.
