The main Airport is called Ezeiza-Ministro Pistarini (EZE). If you are coming from U.S.A there are several direct flights offered from New York, Miami and Los Angeles.
Buenos Aires also has another airport for national flights called Jorge Newbery. We highly recommend you if you have extra days to visit Iguazu Falls, El Calafate, El cerro de los 7 colores and Bariloche for some beatifull landscapes.
If you are staying in Buenos Aires, we recommend you to rent a Hotel in Palermo (one of the most touristic neighborhoods in Buenos Aires).
