On a perfect summer day, after being out of town for weeks, we decided to go spend the day at the Uintas National Forest for some rock climbing, mushroom hunting and be with our boys Petey and Ami. After having an amazing day being outside we decided to go to Haystack lake and have some cold beers (dirty ashtrays to be more specific). There was no one there, and as the sun was setting and the dogs were running around Kipp pulled a box out of his backpack. Definitely the easiest YES ever. We were engaged!! As we were beyond happy celebrating, the boys got the zoomies and even a deer showed up to drink from the lake. It was the most magical moment! And now, we're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Utah!
