SALT wellness

SALT is a cool new locally owned business. This is the only SALT room that I know of. If you are looking for something to do indoors and want to feel amazing this is your go-to spot.

The Spa & Salon at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club

This is a great upscale hotel to stay in if you want to make the weekend a mini vacation get away. They have all the spa amenities and there are restaurants on the property and close by. The Market in the hotel has some of my favorite lunch menu items. The gift shop also is a great place for local products.
