What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Guests are asked to arrive at the venue around 5pm.

Black-tie optional.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be indoors. However, the cocktail hour will be outdoors.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Shuttles will pick guests up from the DoubleTree Hotel at 4:40pm and drop guests off at the venue. Shuttles will then pick guests up at 11pm and drop off at the DoubleTree and the Inn at Biltmore at the end of the night.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, there is a parking lot to the left of the venue where guests may park.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
Answer
yes, a room block has been reserved at the DoubleTree in Biltmore Village. Please navigate to the "Travel" tab for the link to reserve a room.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
Answer
The couple kindly requests guests do not take pictures or videos during the ceremony. It may cause a distraction and will block the photographer's photos. All professional photos will be posted to the website after the wedding.

Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

Yes, please navigate to the "Schedule" tab in order to view a full list of activities that will be hosted during the weekend.

Will Ubers pick up from the venue?
Answer
Ubers are unlikely to pick up from the Lioncrest at the end of the reception. Guests are encourage to take the shuttle to the DoubleTree parking lot where Ubers will be able to pick up from.
