Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited.
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code is cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. The ceremony will be held outside.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, and we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you don't miss anything.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors and will take place under an uncovered area. The reception will take place indoors.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be silenced and put away. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures. During the cocktail hour and reception, pictures are highly encouraged, and we will even provide disposable cameras to help capture the night!
Yes, Woodlands has a designated parking lot, but the spaces are limited. This venue is in the mountains, so the roads are windy and Uber/Lyft are not common in the area. We are working on a transportation plan and will provide details soon.
No! Woodlands is a smoke-free venue. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed.
