When should I RSVP by?

Kindly RSVP by August 1, 2027 — this will help us get an accurate headcount and make sure everything is perfect for the big day!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We’ve created a wedding registry through Amazon. If you’d like to send a gift directly to us, you’re welcome to have it shipped to Makenna’s address at 19439 Wolf Road, Apt. 2W, Mokena, IL 60448. We thought this might make things easier for anyone traveling so you don’t have to worry about carrying a gift with you. You can find the link under the Registry tab!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code inspiration is “garden party” — think florals, patterns, and fun textures. Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and festive, but we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing jeans. Please feel free to dress in your best aloha wear!! If you’re unsure what “garden party” attire looks like, feel free to search the term online for inspiration and ideas. A special note for our Hawaii family: the weather may feel a bit cooler than you’re used to, so please bring something to keep you warm!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

On some invites, the children may not be specifically addressed, but we would love for everyone to join in celebrating with us — your kids are more than welcome! They are all part of the family, and we can’t wait to celebrate with the whole crew.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that photo-taking be kept to a minimum, but we understand how exciting this day is! Guests are welcome to take pictures as long as they are not distracting or blocking the view of others.

Can I bring an extra guest?

Answer

We kindly request that only the guests listed on the RSVP attend. When you enter your name under the RSVP tab, it will state “Plus One Guest” if you are permitted to bring an additional guest.
