Where can we stay?

Answer

Hood River offers a variety of options from Bed & Breakfasts, AirBnbs, and Hotels. We recommend staying in Hood River as this is the largest city closest to our venue and for those who wish to take the bus into town or the shuttle to the venue on the day of the wedding, it will be much more convenient! Please note: guests who stay across the river in Bingen or Underwood, WA will have to pay a toll to come across the bridge. Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no specific dress code, however, we kindly ask no jeans, shorts, t-shirts, ballcaps, or flipflops. Please dress in garden cocktail attire. The wedding will be outside with a reception indoor/outdoor, so dress accordingly. July in Oregon has the potential to be hot during the day, and cool at night.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at both Zola.com and West Elm/Williams Sonoma (https://www.williams-sonoma.com/registry/t9ggcck9rj/registry-list.html). Both can be found using either of our names. Please check out our Honeymoon Fund on Zola as well!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking at the venue, but we would appreciate any carpooling. There is also a shuttle provided to and from downtown Hood River the day of the wedding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can arrive anytime around 3:30pm. Setting up may occur up until 3:30 so please be mindful and courteous to the vendors. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love kids, unfortunately, we do not have the capacity for children beyond our flower girl and ring bearer at this venue so we ask that you please leave children at home or under additional supervision elsewhere. We encourage parents to bring children if they are using our wedding as a vacation and want to show them the PNW, but the wedding will be an adults only event. We greatly thank you for your understanding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please make sure any dietary preferences or allergies are notified to us by the RSVP date so that the caterer can be aware and plan accordingly. Our cake will not be GF or Vegan, but a Vegan + GF option will be provided.
