Once all RSVPs are received, we'll personally reach out to notify you of your campsite details and give you instructions for smooth entry and check-in.
If you’re not camping with us and plan to come up just for the day or are staying at a nearby hotel, please let the campground staff know you’re there for DAY USE when you arrive. Although we’ll be celebrating at the campground, we’re keeping everything relaxed and low-key. We can’t wait to see you!
Truly, we just want you to feel comfortable and be yourself. If you need a little guidance, think beach wedding vibes meets backyard wedding. While the bride, groom, and wedding party will be a bit dressed up, we want the day to feel relaxed and easygoing. No need to go super fancy or super casual—aim for something comfortably in between!
Please do! If you’re hanging around the campground all day, feel free to bring your own drinks. Just remember, alcohol has to stay at the campground and can’t make a beach trip (no matter how tempting). Thanks for helping us keep things fun and rule-following!
We’ll be having a taco bar for dinner! But if you’re in the mood for something different, the brewery will also have a food truck open to the public that you’re more than welcome to grab food from, too.
We’ll happily cover the first round of drinks with a token on us! After you use your token, additional beers will be available for purchase. But feel free to check in with the keeper of the tokens aka the Eclipse aka Big John or known to most as the father of the bride—we might just have a few extra tokens hiding around. Cheers!
Of course! As many of you know, Makena loves kids and has even worked as a preschool teacher in the past. We’ll have plenty of activities for the little ones to enjoy, and there’s also a park next to the campground you can take them to! If you’d like to bring your kids’ bikes or scooters, please feel free—there will be lots of kids riding around the campground throughout the weekend, whether from our group or other families staying there. Just be sure they bring their helmets! We can’t wait to celebrate with the whole family!
We know tent camping isn’t for everyone, and don’t worry—there are bathrooms and showers at the campground! There is a chance you may just enjoy it! Make sure to bring a good tent, blow up mattress and sleeping bag.
Of course! Just a heads-up—campground rules require that all dogs be kept on a leash at all times, unless they’re safely in a pen or enclosed area.
