The last day to reserve a room at the Hampton is Friday, May 14th 2021 by the end of the day!! If you want to cancel your reservation, you have until June 9th by 3pm.

PICK UP TIME FOR THE CEREMONY IS 2:30PM, PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL The Party Bus will be picking up guests at the TownePlace Suites hotel in Ames. Guests will receive a card with a time indicating what bus they should be on so they can get to the ceremony on time. If you rented a car, I recommend driving it since the bus only holds 45 passengers at a time. You may also choose to leave your car the venue and take the bus back to the hotel at any time!

The Des Moines Airport is the airport you'll want to fly into if traveling from far away. It is rather small, so you will most likely have to fly to Minneapolis, Detroit, or Atlanta before getting to Des Moines. From here you can rent a car, they have many services available at the airport.

We DO NOT have hotel blocks here, but this is the closest hotel to the venue if that is what you are looking for. The owner of our venue said that lots of wedding guests have stayed here and enjoyed their time! It is a brand new construction.

This is the nearest campground to the venue. If you are wanting to camp or take an RV this campground was highly recommended.
