During the first week of college, Tannor bravely sent me a Facebook message saying I was cute and seemed like a cool person. Of course I didn't respond (mostly because of his chin strap beard), but, it was the first week of school and I hadn't met many people yet. So, naturally, I messaged back and we decided to meet up at a school event! We had such blast playing bingo, eating free food, and sharing lots of laughs. We had so much fun that we kept hanging out- so much so that you could call us the best of friends. We went to all the football games, ate to our hearts content at the dining halls, and even watched movies in my dorm! Not long after, we started dating, and have continued to share each other's company and create so many fun and memorable moments that we get to cherish for years to come. Now, we get to plight our troth- so- LET'S DO THIS THING!

I had just gotten done taking the GRE exam for vet school and Tannor wanted to celebrate by treating me to a nice meal at the local Red Lobster and taking some nice photos on campus. As he sat me down at the fountain, I could hear what was coming in his voice. He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! As I turned around, my whole family was there to celebrate with us. What a magical evening!

In March of 2020, Tannor and I adopted a cute (but feisty) little hamster named Mooshu! She is such a delight and always makes us laugh when she tries to stuff her cheeks full of leafy greens! Later on in July we decided to adopt a fluffy little bunny named Luna! She is a sweetie pie (with a vivacious attitude) that loves to hop around and cuddle in our laps. We love our animals (even though Tannor sometimes gets mad at their animal-like behaviors) and can't wait to expand our animal menagerie in the future!
