Ceremony Departure Time: 3:00 PM ** shuttle will arrive 15 minutes before 3:00pm departure time. Pick-Up Location: Hotel Front Entrance Arrival at Ceremony: Approximately 3:30 PM Important: Please plan to board the 3:00 PM shuttle. If you miss the first shuttle, the next shuttle will not arrive at the venue before the ceremony begins. Return Transportation Shuttle service will run continuously throughout the evening between the venue and hotel. Final Shuttle Departure from Venue: 12:00 AM
