When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than May 25, 2022 by visiting the RSVP tab.

Where is the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Mount Ida Event Barn located at: 6903 Blenheim Road Scottsville, VA 24590

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony start time. The ceremony will be held at 5:00 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is more than enough parking for both the ceremony and reception.

What is the attire?

Answer

The attire for the wedding is semi-formal. This means suits, slacks, and/or blazers for the guys and cocktail or summery dresses for the gals.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Please see the RSVP page which will indicate if a plus one is allowed. If after checking you are still unsure, please reach out to Brittany or Matthew.

Yes! If you wish to buy or contribute to the gifts in our registry, please see the Registry tab.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are doing an unplugged ceremony and ask that you put your phones/cameras away and enjoy our special moment with us.

What if I have a question the day of?

Can I park my car overnight?

Answer

Yes.

How do I get back to Charlottesville?

Answer

We have rented a 32 person bus from Richmond Limousines. Seating will be first come first come first serve. The bus will have the following two stops. 1st Charlottesville KOA 2nd Holiday Inn Charlottesville Monticello If you are not staying at the Holiday Inn you should be able to Uber to other lodging from the Holiday Inn.
