You've got questions, we've got answers...
Question

Do I have to stay at the resort?

Answer

Yes, in order to attend the wedding ceremony and reception, you must be a guest at the resort.

Question

How many nights should we stay?

Answer

As many as you want! Wedding festivities and events will take place from **Saturday, June 10th to Monday, June 12th** We recommend our guests arrive on Friday and stay through Monday. Make a vacation out of it! The resort requires a 3-night minimum stay, but the discounted rates are for the entire week, (June 8th-14th).

Question

How do I arrange airport transportation?

Answer

Your all-inclusive reservation at Finest includes private, roundtrip airport transportation. To arrange this with the hotel, email transfers.domrep@seasonstours.com with your flight information and reservation number.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids! The resort is a family-friendly property on purpose. With that being said, we have various events planned that will be adult-only, including the wedding reception. Please work with the hotel concierge to make arrangements if needed.

Question

May I bring a guest?

Answer

All single/solo attendees are welcome to bring one guest with them. We want you to enjoy our wedding as well as your vacation! We understand we are having a destination wedding and that you will be traveling. We want this to be fun for you too!

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website right away to help us plan. An RSVP will be considered confirmed once a hotel room has been secured with a deposit. Room availability is NOT guaranteed, so we suggest booking right away. The last day to use the special rate discount is March 11th, 2023. This will ensure our guests have ample time to pay the remaining balance prior to travel and will also guarantee a reduced room rate.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We have multiple events occurring throughout the stay. We ask that you please check the appropriate attire listed on the events page where you'll find a list of events and the coordinating attire per event. We included attire information at each event to give our guests an idea of what to pack per day. Please keep in mind the resort restaurants have separate dress codes, check the TIPS section down below for more information.

Download the Excellence Collection App on your smartphone! You will find everything you need to know about the resort as well as it will be your guide while you are there. *Helpful Hint: If you are trying to login before you arrive click the Finest Punta Cana resort and then press cancel when the first pop up comes up to bypass that message. Finest Punta Cana does have a dress code for dinner: Regular Casual Dinner: For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt, blouse or dress. For Gentlemen: Shorts, Bermudas, Capri or long pants. Dress shirt, collarless shirt or polo shirt. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. Sleeveless t-shirts, tank tops, and beach sandals or flip flops are not allowed. Applies for: Brass, Duke’s, Insieme, Legends, Lizo, Melting Pot, Shoji, and The Market Kitchen restaurants. Casual Elegance Dinner For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt, blouse or dress. For Gentlemen: Long dress pants and a collared shirt. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. Sleeveless t-shirts, tank tops, and beach sandals or flip flops are not allowed. Due to Covid there are a ton of delays with passports so please plan accordingly if you need to apply for a passport or get yours renewed. Save up your smaller bills! While this is an all inclusive resort the service the resort staff provides is outstanding and tipping is extremely appreciated by them. Save the Turtles! This resort does not have straws so if you need a straw please pack a reusable straw accordingly.
