FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

After Save the Dates, a formal invitation will be sent out. If possible, as soon as you receive the invitation. We ask that you RSVP before Friday, August 21st. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will be marked as “not attending.”

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the venue’s limited capacity, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have a plus one, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event, with the exception of a few children who are part of our big day. With that in mind, we kindly ask that you bring only those formally invited on your invitation. If you’re looking for childcare, the 'Wilmington, NC Babysitters and Nannies' Facebook group is a great resource.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please refer to the 'Dress Code' tab for more information on garden semi-formal.

Question

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

There are parking lots, parking decks and street parking available around the venue—please be sure to read all parking signs carefully. Most parking spots require payment. We suggest using Uber or Lyft if possible.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could receive! If you are interested in giving something additional, we are registered on Zola and Amazon—just click the ‘Registry’ tab to take a peek. Some items aren’t sold directly through Zola and will redirect you to the site where you can purchase them.

Question

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.

Question

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

Please refer to the "Travel" tab. Information is provided there on the 2 hotel room blocks.

Question

Will there be a bar / drinks?

Answer

We will have an open bar for our guests to enjoy at the welcome party and the night of the wedding.
