Where is the wedding?

Answer

Equestria West at Bavaria Downs, 3913 Bavaria Road, Chaska, Minnesota 55318. Please note there are multiple venues on the Bavaria Downs property. Equestria West is a white one-story building and will be the first venue you see on the left.

How and when should I RSVP?

Answer

An RSVP tab will be listed above once formal invitations are sent. Please type in your name to find all invited guests in your party. Please RSVP as soon as possible but no later than March 1, 2027. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we unfortunately will not be able to accommodate your attendance.

What should i wear?

Answer

Please dress in elevated cocktail attire. Ladies, please do not wear colors traditionally reserved for the bride. Gentlemen, please do not wear jeans. Although not required, we would love for guests to lean into the beautiful colors of the spring season!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited. Your invitation will be made out to "[Your Name] & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are adults-only events. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night if you have little ones!

will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us for the night, but the hangover is on you. Get ready to celebrate (responsibly)!

will there be transportation?

Answer

We are working on shuttle and transportation details and will share when finalized. If you plan to drive, there is ample free parking at Equestria West in a designated lot. You may leave your car overnight, but it must be picked up by 8:00 am the following morning. Otherwise, Uber and Lyft options will be available in the area.

what time should i arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. We recommend arriving to Equestria West at 4:30 pm to ensure enough time to park and find a seat. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing will follow!

is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All wedding day events will be indoors. Depending on the weather, you are welcome to enjoy cocktail hour on the outdoor patio as well.
