I've never been to Disney and I don't know where to start!

No worries! We have a wonderful travel agent named Autumn who can help you with all of your Disney trip needs. From booking hotels, park tickets and airfare, she will be your one-stop shop! It is Disney's 50th Anniversary and Halloween at this time so it will be booking up fast!

What are the advantages to staying on Disney Resort Property?

What is Magical Express?

Answer

Start and end your stay with complimentary motorcoach transportation between Orlando International Airport and select Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Disney’s Magical Express is a benefit of staying at a Disney Resort hotel. Please note: they are currently not picking up your luggage for you and taking it to your hotel. I am hoping they may be doing this before the wedding.

What is park to park transportation?

Answer

Complimentary transportation to all the theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs is provided for each Disney hotel, via bus, boat, monorail or skyliner.

Advanced Dining Reservations

Answer

Disney resort guests may make dining reservations as early as 180 days in advance of arrival and for up to 10 days of the stay on the same day. Reservations can be made either by calling (407) WDW-DINE, online on the Disney website, or through the MyDisneyExperience app. Also Autumn will be able to assist with this if you use her as our preferred travel agent!

What are FastPass reservations?

Answer

Disney FastPass+ service allows you to reserve access to select Walt Disney World theme park attractions, entertainment and Character Greetings in advance. Due to COVID, this has currently been suspended but may be reinstated by the time we go for the wedding.

What are Extra Magic Hours?

Answer

Guests of Disney Resort and other hotels can spend extra time in one of the theme parks, either before it opens or after it closes—so Guests can enjoy select attractions and experiences.

Do I need to have a park ticket and park reservation for the day of the wedding?

Answer

No. We will give a list to Disney of our guests and they know that you are coming and we pay for everyone coming to the party! Just show up and you are good to go!

How will I get to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We have to provide transportation into and out of the park because we will be behind the scenes, I believe. Once we have this figured out we will let you know.

Can I take pictures/video during the ceremony?

Answer

We have invited only the closest and most important people in our lives to celebrate with us. We want you to be truly present with us on such a special day and we would much prefer to see your faces and not your devices! We have hired amazing photographers, who we have no doubt will capture all the best parts of our ceremony so we ask that you to leave the photography and video up to them! But at the reception and dessert party... please take a lot of pictures!!

How will I get to the lunch reception?

Answer

Since we have to provide transport out of the park from the wedding, we will have them drop you off at Disney Springs.

Where will we meet to get into the park for the Fireworks party?

Answer

We will have a place to meet up prior to the party, at one of the two entrances into the park and we will be escorted into the park by an employee.

Will there be a bar at the Fireworks Party?

Answer

No there will not be a bar in our reserved area for the Fireworks Party. However, we are right outside of the Rose & Crown Pub, where you can purchase drinks.

What is the MyDisneyExperience app and why should I use it?

Answer

The MyDisneyExperience app is a great tool for keeping track of plans made while in Walt Disney World. Users can link their hotel, dining, and FastPass+ reservations. In the time of COVID, you need the app to order meals at a Quick Service restaurants. Additionally, there's an interactive map that will guide you to the attractions if you are unsure where to go and will let you know the current wait times for each of the attractions. Furthermore, if you've forgotten your MagicBand in your room, it can act as a room key for your Disney hotel.
