Here are some of our favorite places to visit. GLACIER POINT & SENTINEL DOME Iconic views of Half Dome and a trail to Sentinel Dome with an equally iconic 360-degree view of Yosemite BRIDALVEIL FALLS The famous waterfall MARIPOSA GROVE Miles of hiking in the redwoods YOSEMITE VALLEY VISITOR CENTER Free parking and is the perfect base for exploring the valley floor. Hike the Loop Trail or hop on the free shuttle to explore the valley. THE AHWAHNEE BEACH The Merced River runs behind The Ahwahnee. A short hike leads you to serene and spectacular views. EL CAPITAN MEADOW Stroll the meadow and marvel at El Cap IF YOU SERIOUSLY HAVE TIME AND THE WEATHER PERMITS Hike Half Dome in a day or two | Hike Four Mile from the valley floor to Glacier Point, and back | Hike to Taft Point | Hike/climb to the top of El Cap
