Cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), so please plan footwear accordingly and consider bringing a light layer for the evening.
Yes! There is plenty of on-site parking. We will also be providing shuttle service from the Penn Stroud Hotel in Stroudsburg, PA and the Buck Hill Falls neighborhood.
Yes. We will be providing shuttle service to and from the venue from the Penn Stroud Hotel in Stroudsburg, PA and the Buck Hill Falls neighborhood. Shuttles will depart for the ceremony between 3:30–4:00 PM and will return from the venue at 10:00 PM. If you plan to use the shuttle, please be sure to indicate your transportation preference when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
We’ve thoughtfully extended plus ones to guests in established relationships. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will appear during the RSVP process. If you feel we may have overlooked something, please don’t hesitate to let us know - we truly want everyone to feel comfortable celebrating with us.
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.
Stroudsburg is located in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania and is easily accessible from several major airports: Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) – Approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Stroudsburg. This is typically the most convenient option with the most direct flights. Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) – About 45 minutes away. A smaller airport that can be very convenient depending on your departure city. Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) – About 2 hours away. A good option for guests combining travel with time in Philadelphia.
The shuttle services will be leaving between 3:30-4 pm. Guests may arrive between 4:00–4:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.
Yes! All suggested accommodations are within approximately 10 minutes of the venue. Welcome drinks will take place just a few blocks from the Penn Stroud Hotel, and the wedding venue is about a 5–10 minute drive from nearby hotels and Buck Hill Falls. Everything is conveniently located, so getting around will be easy all weekend.
Yes - the bar will be open from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM during the reception. We encourage everyone to celebrate responsibly and plan transportation accordingly.
The reception wraps up at 10:00 PM. We’re not hosting a formal after-party, but there are a few fun bars in town if you’d like to keep the celebration going. All bars are walkable when the shuttle drops you off at the Penn-Stroud Hotel.
