Welcome Drinks and Dinner

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

All guests are invited to join us Friday night for welcome drinks and BBQ. We would love to get to see you before our big day! The Oak Room is a 20 minute walk from the SpringHill Suites so it is walkable if you’re feeling adventurous! Note: make sure you put the Oak Room in your navigation as there are several Oskar Blues locations in Longmont. The Oak Room is on the West side of the Oskar Blues brewery and distribution center. We recommend entering off of Lefthand Circle on the north side of the building into the smaller parking lot on the side of the building and then walking around the back of the building to find the Oak Room. If you turn of off South Sunset Street, you will enter the complex at the Tasty Weasel Tap Room. The Oak Room is on the opposite side of the brewery furthest away from Sunset Street and accessible by the Lefthand Circle entrance and walking around the back of the building. We will do our best to mark the way!

Our Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Cocktail casual. Men wear slacks and button ups, blazer/coat optional. Women wear skirts, dresses or pants. It will be hot so prioritize keeping cool! Wear comfy shoes as the ground is uneven, though we will have a dance floor.

There is plenty of parking at the Parks and Recreation building across the street from the farm. There will be a shuttle to and from the SpringHill Suites as well. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony. Our food will be grown on the farm and served by Chefs Andy and Dennis and will be served buffet style. If you have a food allergy and dietary preference, please indicate that when you RSVP.
