Meet the Jains

Kush had only been in the country for a few days when Maggie saved him from the bus stop at Texas A&M (right next to the century tree, iykyk). Maggie decided to take Kush to her favorite place, Carney's Pub and Grill, where they ended up sitting and talking for over three hours about absolutely everything. Kush, desperately missing his dog back in India, asked if he could meet the precious Mazie, but Maggie had her doubts about his true intentions. However, Kush insisted that he just really loved dogs and offered to stay outside if he could just give Mazie his hello. Upon hearing this, Maggie agreed, but warned him that Mazie really didn't like men and she would probably not want to pay any attention to him and would likely not stop barking or cowering in fear. When they got to Maggie and Mazie's apartment, Mazie came outside, barked once, and jumped in Kush's lap. It was in that moment that Maggie knew that Kush was going to become very important in her life.
