If you know me at all you know that Chelsea has literally been by my side and a constant in my life since we were 5. Crayon Academy was the best thing that's ever happened to me because it's where Chels and I became friends. I don't have any sisters, but Chelsea is the closest thing I have and I am SO incredibly blessed to have her in my life and by my side for my wedding. We may live far apart, but we both know we're only a phone call away. *Que the tears* LOVE YOU CHELS

When I moved to North Carolina at age 11 from New Jersey, I knew no one. Luckily, my mom had moved down a little before me, and made some friends. She thought an easy way for me to make friends was at my birthday party during Spring break when I was visiting her before I moved. She invited all of her friends and their kids to my laser tag party! Now David hated laser tag, but his mom dragged him anyways. Ever since that party, we have been best friends, and I am incredibly honored that he is my best man!

Cat is literally my person. Is she my long lost twin? Is she my sister from another mister? Yes to all the above. Cat and I met when we both swam for FCST. People always ask if we went to high school or college together, and we might as well have! Name a big event in my life, Cat has been there. We have been through the best parts of our formative years and I am so so excited she's in my big day! *Insert inside joke* ;)

We first met at a prospect skate for Rutgers hockey. He skated up to me and said, :"I hope to God your a defense man, because your hands are terrible!" Personally, I dont think they were all that bad, but thats another topic for another day lol. I mention this story because this brutal honesty is why he is one of my best friends to this day, and someone I know will always keep me grounded. Jason, Matt, Jay and myself have been inseparable since freshman year of college, and I am thankful for their friendship each and every day.

I FINALLY GET A SISTER! Alex is Gordon's little sister by 13 years. She has been so so great welcoming me as part of her family and I am so excited for her future. Alex brings out the best in Gordon and we love hanging out with her. She is getting way too cool for us, but I am so looking forward to see her enter college and grow into the amazing young woman we all know she is! SEESTER

Ewski and the gang living in Gobo's world! Jay was essentially my roommate and d-partner for all 4 years at Rutgers. He was my partner in crime DJ'ing the music all the time, and always got the team pumped up by saying "Oh Yeah!" Our love for Avicii--Levels, will be a bond that will never break, but our bond as friends has made us brothers. Jason, Matt, Jay and myself have been inseparable since freshman year of college, and I am thankful for their friendship each and every day.

So I had just decided to transfer home to UT and my parents and I were out to dinner and I get a text message from this girl I knew in high school, Victoria Duyka. "Hey Girl! I heard you were transferring to UT and I need another roommate!" And from there the story of Vic and Maggs was born. Vic has been such a big part of my life and I love her so much! She is always there for me and I know I can come to her with anything. She is rock steady and I am so excited to have her as part of my day!

Ruthy has been a great friend and teammate of mine since day one of college. One of my favorite memories is us going to the Yankees World Series, Game 1, as freshman in college. That was an experience I think the two of us wont forget. Jason, Matt, Jay and myself have been inseparable since freshman year of college, and I am thankful for their friendship each and every day.

So when Vic texted me asking to live with her at UT, she also texted her friend Paige and said "You'll like this girl Maggie, shes so chill she has a peace sign tattoo." MVP was born in 2010 and Paige and I have been close ever since. I never knew a person could have so much energy until I met Paige. Paige always reminds me to enjoy life and to always put good out in the world. Paige is one of the good ones and I'm so glad she lets me in her orbit :)

Marty was my first true hockey rival when I moved to NC, as we played for rival teams in the same city. We strongly disliked each other. The next year, when our organizations merged we formed a friendship that is life-lasting. We played youth hockey at the AA and AAA levels together, and even left NC together to attend the same boarding school in PA, The Hill School. We have traveled all over the US and world together having gone to both Italy and China together. He is one of the most down to earth people you'll ever meet, and I am blessed to have both he and his wife Anna in my life.

Alexis is a friend that when you ask us how we became friends, we both will look at each other and just laugh. We did meet when we were both working at the Texans and wondering what we were doing with our lives. I am so lucky she chose to keep me around because Alexis is one of those people that you need in your life. Need advise? Need an opinion? Need the honest truth? I always turn to Alexis. She borderline is my moral compass and I am so thankful for her.

JT and I met playing hockey here in Houston a few years ago. I also have been lucky enough to have him as my assistant coach with the Houston Wild. He likes to give me alot of grief (lets be honest, who doesn't haha) but I really enjoy his friendship and appreciate all the time we have spent traveling all over the country together, as well as our time spent here in Houston.

Lauren is quite possibly the coolest person I know. I met Lauren through Alexis in 2013 and we soon realized we both had a ton in common. She loves a good night out at LIVE (RIP), but Lauren also loves to hang out and chill in her beautiful home with her lovely fiance Rene. Lauren is someone I've had a lot of live talks with, and I know we both would do anything for each other. I am so lucky to call her a friend and I am so excited to have her included on my big day!

I met Drew when I went to work for the Astros, but didn't know him too well as we were in different divisions. Once I joined his division, we hit it off immediately. I owe Drew alot as he pushed me at work to be the best, and helped me develop as a sales person. Outside of work, he became one of Maggie and myself's closest friends in Houston. We had a ton of fun together while he was here in Houston, and I am stoked to see him come back down for the wedding.

Josh is one of Gordons many cousins on his dads side that lives in Canada. Gordon only get up there about once or twice a year, but they have always been close, and Josh is someone Gordon has always looked up to and admired. Josh is actually the reason that Gordon wanted to major in Sport Management. That desire as a young teen is what led him to Rutgers which in turn led him to Texas. So, one could say Gordon wouldnt have met Maggie without Josh! Josh is one of the most sincere, honest, humble people that we know, and we are lucky to him as family. Its because of his core values that we wanted him to officiate our wedding.
