Siena is a beautiful litte city just 45 minutes from Radicondoli. Besides the many wonderful restaurants and gelaterias, there are several historic sites such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, Piazza del Campo, and Torre del Mangia.
There are dozens of amazing vineyards and olive orchards in the area, but this particular one is super close to the villa and comes recommended by them.
There are many free natural hot springs in Tuscany. The Terme di Saturnia hot spring comes highly recommended, but Petriolo, Bagni di San Filippo, and Bagno Vignoni are other hot springs that receive equal praise.
There are several beautiful towns in the area. Some of the locals favorites are San Gimignano, Pienza, Montelpulciano, Montalcino, and Volterra.
