What is the dress code?

Answer

Attire is Black Tie Optional, with tuxedos or dark suits for gentlemen and formal gowns, cocktail dresses, or elegant midi length dresses for ladies.

Are there hotel blocks available?

Answer

Yes. For your convenience, room blocks have been reserved at the Drury Plaza Hotel and Hampton Inn. Please see the Travel tab of our website for booking information and other hotel recommendations.

How do I RSVP and by what date?

Answer

Please fill out the RSVP card included with your invitation and return it in the enclosed envelope by April 18th, indicating whether you will attend and the number of guests in your party.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Hallabrook Hill, located at 3263 Old Clyattville Road, Valdosta, Georgia 31601.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM, we recommend arriving by 4:30 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at Hallabrook Hill.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors under a covered structure, providing shade while still allowing us to enjoy the natural setting.

Yes! Wine, beer and some signature cocktails will be on us. Get ready to celebrate!
