To help us with the planning and counting, please RSVP as soon as possible! However, the deadline is April 1st, 2026. If we dont reveive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make an exception and we will have to mark you as a "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand!
You can do this one of two ways, you can RSVP on this website, or you can mail it back to us!
We would love for our guests to dress up with us! We ask that you wear formal black attire. For the men, please wear a black suit, or black dress pants and a black dress shirt with a tie that can be a pop of color. For the women, black floor length black dresses are preferred! There are a couple hotels listed in the Travel tab that appear to have plenty of availability! We recommend checking their websites and book as soon as possible. We ask that our loved ones plan accordingly, uber does not come out to this area so we ask that you have a plan on who will be driving after the wedding. We want all of our loved ones to drive responsibly!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, we recommend you arrive 20-30 minutes before the start time so you have time to park and get a good seat!
If you are late, you will unfortunately have to wait until the ceremony is over to join the party. Please plan accordingly because we want each and every one of our loved ones to watch us tie the knot!
Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be outside in the courtyard! For cocktail hour and the reception it will be under a covered pavilion. Ladies, please be mindful of what shoes you are wearing as we will be on the grass for the ceremony
When you pull into the venue parking lot, there will be signs directing you all the way to the right, and then to the back of the parking lot. If you see a gorgeous stone wall with all kinds of ivy and flowers, you made it to the right place!
We are so excited to celebrate with our loved ones, however we are limited on the number of guests allowed. We can only accommodate guests formally invited on your RSVP, if you were designated a plus one, that will be addressed within your RSVP
As much as we love children, we ask that you only bring your kiddos if that is designated on your RSVP
If you are a parent or grandparent of the bride or groom, a sibling of the bride or groom, a significant other of a sibling, or a member of the wedding party, then yes! All other guests please make your way to the pavilion for cocktail hour!
We kindly request that phones are on silent mode, and put into your pocket or purse. Our photographer is extremely talented at capturing every moment so we ask that phones are not out during the ceremony. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please take all the pictures and videos your heart desires during cocktail hour, the reception and the send off at the end of the night. You won't want to miss that as we have something special planned!
Drinks on Us (Until They’re Not 😉) Enjoy the open bar while it lasts! Once we hit our limit, the bar will convert to a cash bar.
